Our Educational Conferences

  • TSA members crowd the halls of the State Leadership Conference.

    State Leadership Conference

    Tennessee TSA’s capstone conference brings together members for competition, leadership development, and recognition. Over 1,300 student members and advisors attended.

    This culminating experience connects TSA members from around the world through competitive events, workshops, and networking. Nearly 850 Tennessee members participated.

    Fall Leadership Conferences

    Held across the state in the fall semester, these conferences focus on leadership development, career readiness, and peer connection. Over 200 members and advisors attended statewide.

    Career and Technical Education (CTE) Alignment

    Tennessee TSA supports the goals of CTE by reinforcing classroom instruction with experiential learning and career exploration. Our chapters are embedded in STEM programs of study, ensuring students gain relevant, real-world skills and exposure to future opportunities.

    Workforce Pipeline Development

    Through industry partnerships, hands-on programming, and exposure to a variety of STEM careers, Tennessee TSA strengthens the future STEM pipeline in Tennessee. Students build connections with professionals, explore postsecondary options, and gain practical insight into their chosen fields.
